Took my Great Grandfather's wall clock to get fixed Mr. Brumley told me what was wrong how much it was going to cost to get fixed and when it would be ready. It was fixed when he told me it would be and the cost was exactly what I was told. Took it home and it works great. Never met my Great Grandfather but I'm sure that he is smiling knowing that my heirloom is continuing on. Thanks again Mr. Brumley

You will not find a more honest and helpful storekeeper in all the land. This kind of craftsmanship is so outdated. Lee rebuilt our clock. It was brought back to life and helps watch over us. I would definitely go back.

Mr, Brumley recently repaired my 19th century mantle clock to perfect working order after it's last service was almost 50 years previous and it had not run in 5 years. He is easy to get along with if you don't waste his time... which is incalculably valuable if you want your clock repaired!
In reply to one of the previous reviews, did Mr. Brumley charge you for looking at your clock and letting you know that there was nothing wrong with it? He could have told you it would cost 300 dollars to fix and you would have been none the wiser... think about that.

Lee Brumley repaired a very old heirloom chiming clock of mine. He was honest when he estimated the cost and the time it would take to do the repair (both more than I naively expected). The job was done early, and all my interactions with Lee were pleasant (not to mention that entering his shop is like a nostalgic step back in time... or maybe like walking into a Dickins novel). It's wonderful to hear my clock chiming again after many years of silence.

Last October (2019) I brought an older coo coo clock to Lee for repair. The clock was a family heirloom that I wanted to restore for my husband for his birthday. Lee Brumley has repaired several very old clocks for me in past year. Two required complete rebuilds of the mechanisms, which takes a few weeks. But the results are great: the clocks work beautifully. He is professional and knowledgeable and tells you up front what your cost will be. Unfortunately for me, Lee enables my antique clock habit.

Great experience. I took a Cuckoo clock from Germany, plus another desk clock to Lee and he was able to repair both in less than 2 weeks. He let me know from the start what to expect and over-delivered. I had taken the clocks into another repair place first which failed to contact me back, then couldn't repair one and had a very high estimate for the cuckoo repair. Lee did a great job, both clocks working well!

Pleased to review Lee Brumley's excellent clock repair service. Have a 30 year old cuckoo clock that had been lost in the basement. Lee's repair estimate was fair and final bill was within $5. Time estimate was 2 weeks and he was finished in 10 days. Great service!
